Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email within 3-7 days to let you know your order is on the way!
Milgor aims to deliver within the time period indicated upon checkout. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the time period specified. We shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, and other charges as a result of late delivery. If you are not present upon delivery, we may release the package to any authorized recipient upon presenting the following:
Valid ID of authorized recipient
Valid ID of Customer who placed the order
Signed authorization letter
If any or all of the above mentioned requirements are missing, we will not release or leave the package and we may leave a failed delivery card with contact details and/or instructions for re-delivery at a later date.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at help@milgor.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
You will be sent an email upon dispatch from our warehouse in order to inform you that your package is on its way to the shipping address you specified upon checkout. If delayed delivery or out of stock, we will contact you. Our passionate customer support team is happy to help with any questions or concerns.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: America, Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Russia, Poland, Czech, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Japan, Singapore, Israel, Qatar, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Cyprus.
Shipping rates: We offer free shipping by EMS/ETK. All you need is to provide us with a correct street address (not a PO Box) and contact details when checkout. Take a look at the table below of estimated transit time for ground shipments. We are not responsible for deviations from estimated transit times.
If you need expedited express, we will charge you $15 for shipping fee.

About Customs, Duties, & Taxes
When ordering from Milgor, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record, and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped except the United States and Canada may be charged import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be charged to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we can't control these charges and predict what they may be. Customs policies are different from country to country. For more information, contact your local customs office. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
